Terms of use

These terms govern your use of this website. They do not govern engagements: those are set out in a separate written quotation and agreement.

This is an English translation, provided for convenience. The binding version is the French one — Conditions d’utilisation — and in case of any discrepancy between the two, the French text prevails.

Purpose of this site

This site presents the activity of Riloq, the trading name of Maxime Mondini, sole trader. The publisher and the host are identified in the legal notice.

The service pages are not a contractual offer

The service descriptions published here are provided for information. They do not constitute an offer in the contractual sense and do not commit the publisher to any price, deadline or scope. Every engagement is defined in a quotation accepted in writing.

Intellectual property

The text, images, logo, the Riloq name and the code of this site are the property of Maxime Mondini, unless stated otherwise. Reproducing or reusing them, in whole or in part, requires prior written permission. Short quotation with a link to the original page remains free.

Use of the site

The site is free to browse. You may not alter its content or its operation, disrupt its availability, or attempt to reach resources that are not published.

Availability

The site is provided as is. Its content may change and access to it may be interrupted at any time and without notice, in particular for maintenance. No continuous availability is guaranteed.

Links to other sites

The footer links to Riloq's LinkedIn and Instagram accounts. Those sites are independent: they have their own terms and their own privacy rules, and the publisher of this site has no control over their content.

Personal data

What this site measures, what it stores in your browser and how to withdraw your consent are described in the privacy policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first; failing that, the matter falls to the courts having jurisdiction under the ordinary rules of law.

Changes

These terms may change. The version that applies is the one published on this page at the time of your visit.
